Class timetable

We have a variety of classes available to suit all levels of fitness. We can also offer private one-to-one sessions to practice specific skills or to simply build your confidence before joining one of our classes.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional fitness training is a type of strength training that readies your body for daily activities.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

In these classes we concentrate on the more technical Olympic lifts and techniques.

MOBILITY

This will help you become more flexible and loosen up any tight muscles you may have from an intense workout, or from sitting at your desk all day.
