Gorilla Warfare is the training concept of Paul O'Dee. It's an ideal solution if you’re lacking the inspiration and motivation to get fit or you are simply bored with your usual training routine. Gorilla Warfare is a strength and condition program based around pre- planned daily workouts which aim to improve your strength, power, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility and balance. A great physique and a positive mental state is just a by-product of this type of training. We understand and teach the correct technique of lifts, to ensure our members lift safely, so as to minimize risk of injury and to keep you active for longer.
Our functional training methods can be scaled up or down in relation to your current fitness levels. They are ideal for everyone, from members of the general public to professional athletes. At Gorilla Warfare we know there is no quick fix to fitness and do not believe in gimmicky workouts.
